Hospitals and Magic.

Here's what I have so far, a friend was kind enough to share her delightful tips on making the hands, so that's what will come next. (I've never made them before, so wish me luck!)Then it will be a little green 'shirt' with black stripes(?). I'm still pondering about it. I'd like to make a jacket out of cheesecloth that I'll dye---don't know how to do that either, but the one in my head looks really cool!
My husband has had a bad time of it this week. When I went to see him today, he was all huddled up in a little ball of misery. I wish I had a magic wand to make it all better. Maybe I'll sculpt one up and infuse my love all up into it. Maybe THAT will do something. He's just not getting better and we are losing faith in the doctors---he's been in the hospital going on SIX weeks now. What will it mean if he can never eat normally again??? How does someone adjust to that? I mean, he had a feeding tube for two and half months and it was HARD for him. What would a permanent tube mean for him? You don't realize how much of your lives revolve around the table and a good meal with family---till it's gone. He's always enjoyed eating---don't we all!
Peace All,
the DragonLady
